Every kit ships free via USPS Priority within the US. Canada $40, worldwide $107. Orders leave Wyoming on the next working day, and you get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.
What shipping costs

| Rest of the world | $107. DHL Express, usually 3–7 working days. Import duty and VAT are paid by you on delivery. |
One flat price per order, not per item. Adding a camera or a set of trim tools to a kit does not change what you pay for shipping.
When your order leaves
Orders placed before 15:00 PST on a working day are packed the same day. Later than that, or over a weekend, they go out on the next working day. Every unit is bench-tested before it is boxed, so nothing ships untested.
If your car needs a kit we do not have on the shelf, we write to you the same day and tell you the real date — we do not let an order sit silently.
Returns
| Window | 30 days from the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking. Returns are not accepted after this period, so inspect your order as soon as it arrives. |

| Condition | The kit must come back complete, in its original box, inside a second box or padded envelope, with no wear or damage. Missing or damaged parts increase the fee; kits in unsellable condition may be refused. Interfaces and cameras that have been installed or show signs of use are not accepted — there we troubleshoot and, if a defect is confirmed, exchange under warranty. |

| Changed your mind, wrong kit or unfinished install | Return within the window subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is yours; we do not provide return labels. |
| Dead on arrival or damaged in transit | Exchanged within the window. We test every “dead on arrival” return and charge 20% of the sale price if the condition was misrepresented. |
| Spare parts | Replacement wiring, cables and adapters bought separately are final sale — no return or exchange. |
Contact us for approval before sending anything back. Refunds go to the original payment method after the product has been received and tested; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Full text on the terms page.
Warranty
1 year limited manufacturer warranty. Wiring is not covered by this warranty. Full terms are on the warranty page.
How to not need a return at all
Most returns start with the wrong kit for the wrong radio. Two minutes up front prevents it: run your car through the fitment check, or send us your VIN at info@carsgadget.com and we confirm the exact kit before you pay.
