Common questions
Which kit do I need?
Find your head unit on the fitment page, or enter your VIN there and we narrow it down by model year. If you are still unsure, send us a photo of your screen with the radio on and we confirm the kit before you order.
Do I need a reversing camera as well?
On Concert and Symphony you do: those cars left the factory without one. On MMI 3G and MIB many cars from 2014 already have a camera and the interface will use it. The product page tells you which case you are in.
What does shipping cost?
Inside the USA - USPS Priority, free. Canada - USPS Priority International, $30. Rest of the world - DHL Express, $107.
Can I install it myself?
It is plug and play: the harness sits between the factory radio and its own plug. Nothing is coded, no OEM wire is cut, and the whole thing is reversible. Our install videos show the full job on a real car. Any car audio shop can fit it too.
What is in the box for a camera kit?
The interface and an OEM-style camera built into the trunk handle, the same shape as the factory part.
Warranty, returns and delivery time
Every unit is bench-tested at the factory before it ships and carries a 1-year warranty. If something is wrong with it, write to us and we exchange it within 30 days. Inside the USA delivery is USPS Priority; Canada and the rest of the world go by USPS Priority International and DHL Express.
